1. You send the photo to us
You send by e-mail contact@kazmina.com the photo(s) that you want to turn into a painting, choose type and size, and pay 50% advance payment.

2. We start painting your photo
Our artists specialize in different styles and mediums (oil, charcoal, pastel, etc). We're together choose the most suitable one for you.

3. We send a photo of painting to you
After we have completed your hand painted portrait we send you by e-mail a photo of your painting, so you can review it and confirm, or ask for modifications.

4. We process your painting feedback
If you request for modifications, we will modify your hand painted portrait according to your suggestions. You will get a chance to review modifications online again once the modification is done.

5. You confirm
You confirm the hand painted portrait online. When confirming your painting, you will be asked to pay the balance.

6. We deliver the painted portrait to you
Your hand painted portrait will be shipped by either regular or express mail, rolled in a tube, to the address you have provided.

Please Note:
- When placing your order, you will be asked to pay for 50% of the price. You will pay the rest only after reviewing your order and confirming it.
- If you order more than 1 painting, it's better to include all the paintings in 1 order so you will pay for the shipment only once.
- We ship all over the world!
- Usually, it takes 2-3 business weeks to complete the art works and make them dry.
